The hanging baskets and tubs are a real draw for visitors to our beautiful town. The tubs provide a year round display and then the addition of the hanging baskets in summer really bring the town alive. The tubs are provided by the Town Council and the hanging baskets are paid for by the local traders in Ystradgynlais.

Blodau volunteers help with the watering which is a huge task every year.

The Britain in Bloom judges said, 'It was such a pleasure to see your combination of sustainable planting and floral displays that were vibrant and colourful. They make a high and positive impact and have made such a difference to Ystradgynlais making sure that people want to visit and shop.'
