In 2019 we were invited by Wales in Bloom to enter the Britain in Bloom competition. 

All the hard work paid off as we won a

Silver Gilt Award.

Our top Blod, Cynthia also won a 

Community Champion Award.

The judges said, 'Ystradgynlais has done exceptionally well to reach the UK Finals of Britain in Bloom in a short time since the inception of this Bloom group. This is well deserved and you have done your town and Wales proud – and the judges offer you our congratulations. '
